Bukhari joins Horn Advisory Inc. following impactful roles coordinating major development initiatives across Somalia, including the BMZ Grow Enrich Project with World Vision International and the World Bank-funded Water for Agropastoral Productivity and Resilience Project. His expertise spans developing and implementing comprehensive M&E systems that have strengthened food security, water access, and health outcomes throughout Somalia.

A published researcher with a Master’s in Development Economics from Arba Minch University, Bukhari, brings sophisticated analytical capabilities to HAI’s practice. His groundbreaking research on multidimensional poverty in Somalia has provided valuable insights for policymakers and development practitioners. His technical mastery extends across advanced platforms, including STATA, R Programming, and Power BI, complemented by extensive field experience with data collection essential for MEAL.
